My most visited breakfast places in Knoxville and they keep adding locations. The food is always really fresh and they over a mixture of bad for you breakfast and healthier options. I prefer the omelettes and she likes the avocado toast. They have great sandwiches and salads too.

We were looking for a brunch place on Sunday and found First Watch on your site with good reviews. They have an exciting menu. I had the breakfast tacos which were eggcellent. My wife had the steak and eggs Benedict which was an okay piece of meat. The surprising thing was the poor service. The wait staff did not bring my wife water even though she asked twice (maybe you need to be rude at this place?) and they never refilled my water even after requested. It is a bit old school as you have to wait in line to pay at check out. That staff was a bit slow as well. I would have rated higher if not for the lack of staff training. A really good menu and plan to give them another try.
