Fast. The one thing you can always count on at Fuji is the food coming out fast. Always served by a smiling waitress who may not have the best English , but tries real hard to make sure you’re happy when you leave .So many regulars eat here they sometimes are following to the table with what you usually drink before you get to sit down .One of my favorites , usually there at least once a week .
If I had a gun to my head I would portend to enjoy this food.
Don’t let it’s lackluster exterior apperance sway you for experiencing a great plate of awesome, hugh portioned, tasty sauces Americanized Japanese food.
Fuji Is Fantastic!. I have taken my family to Fuji consistently since we have lived in Knoxville. We pretty much eat there once a week. I may not have ever tried it had I not lived so close, but I am glad I did.We all order the Vegetable plate. They are very generous with the portion size! And the food is always consistent. It is always hot and fresh and the veggies are cooked to perfection. I have dinned at some other Japanese places and the veggies are not as tender. Also, I love the sweet carrots!Anywho, if you haven’t tried this place, what are you waiting for? This place is my favorite place to eat in the area! If you need lunch in a hurry, you will get your food fast here! Good luck getting that at some of the other well known Japanese places (like Wasabi)!

Awesome sauce. I love the chicken and the veggies. The rice and salad are just as great! And the sauce, I just can’t get enough of it. I love love love that stuff 🙂 I am sure that it is ok so healthy.
Delicious!. More food than I can eat and enough food for my husband (who eats a lot) to leave feeling very full. The food is flavorful, the vegetables tender, and the meats not at all overcooked. Doesn’t look like much from outside, but who cares… best value in Japanese food you can find.
