Best Cupcakes!. Every time I go in here, I leave in the best mood! Not only do I have an AWESOME cupcake, but the staff couldn’t be friendlier! I LOVE Gigi’s cupcakes!
Each time I’ve been into Gigi’s the staff has been extra helpful about the flavors available. The cakes have been delicious as well! I’ll definitely return.
Gluten Free Cupcakes. The gentleman who helped me when picking up my online order was very courteous. The icing was a little more than needed, but it is great for those with a sweet tooth. The cake part of the GF cupcake was the best we’ve had. After eating a cupcake that evening, my celiac husband experienced a gluten response. Upon further investigation of the website, Gigi’s does have a warning in their FAQ page that there is a possibility of cross-contamination in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it looks like Gigi’s GF cupcakes are not an option for us in the future.
This place is horrible. I would advise anyone wanting a cupcake to take their business elsewhere! The staff was unbelievably rude, especially the manager! She was so snooty to me (the customer) when I asked her a simple question about flavors! And I could hear more staff in the back, I guess it was the kitchen, laughing and carrying on loudly about their sex lives! NOT what I had been bargaining for when I simply wanted a cupcake! I’ll never give them my business, that’s for sure.
My experience at Gigi’s was quite pleasant! Instead of getting a gross dry cake from target or Kroger we decided to get some cupcakes for dad’s birthday. I went in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Then I was recommended flavors by the cashier. She helped my select all 8 cupcakes. Later that day once we ate them we each sampled all of them. Talk about unique flavors that actually tasted like they were described! The two best were cinnamon roll and double chocolate cheesecake. So far Gigi’s is 1 for 1 in my experience. I will go back for the next family birthday.
Sucks. My family bought a dozen different flavors. They lacked flavor and were dry. My kids didn’t even finish theirs. If my kids don’t finish a cup cake that says a lot about this product. Target’s cup cakes are much better and cheaper.
