I am the biggest pizza snob coming from a very Italian family. The Merlinos are very picky. Google is and you will see we are all over the place. Coming from Philly, Jersey n Florida my food has to be authentic. There sauce/gravy just for the bread sticks was absolutely delicious. Not bitter or filled with oregano or acidic. You can see the onions and it’s dark which means it was cooked slowly on the stove to capture the taste n heritage of mom n nonna cooking on Sunday. This place is it. A definite must try. Us Merlinos never make a mistake when it comes to food. Big Eds sauce has nothing on this place altho their pizza is awesome.
