We had our first Potbelly sandwich yesterday… but it won’t be our last! I placed our order over the phone, and my husband picked it up about 10 minutes later! The sandwiches were so fresh and delicious that I will not mark the score down because they forgot our side order of hot peppers… great deli sub! We both had the Italian… wonderful!!! We will be back!
It has been a very long time since I’ve eaten at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. I loved the sandwiches before I came out as a gluten intolerant. It would be amazing if this company looked into offering gluten-free bread and other gluten-free food, but until then, I will not be able to go to Potbelly Sandwich Shop…sad day 🙁
Great lil shop west of Knoxville. Have had a couple different sandwiches and both were good. The sandwich was fresh and tastey. Would suggest the sandwich I had (pictured) the hummus, turkey and cheese were really good. Not a huge amount of space to sit but not too tight. A nice variety of sandwiches and soups. Looks like the mac and cheese is a favorite as well.
Not sure why this place is rested so low because it is really good. They have awesome customer service and are funny on top of that. Traditional options but they also have some options with a twist. Awesome quality.
The food was really fresh and flavourful. The employees are really friendly and make you feel at home. The restaurant itself was really clean and we’ll layed out. Overall a great experience.
Potbelly is a good sandwich shop. Fresh tasting, good sized portions, friendly staff.
