Ruthie served our table on a Saturday afternoon. Food was great. Endless fries were great and loved the variety of sauces for the fries. Price was comparable to any chain sit-down style restaurant. They added some craft beers to their menu selection too (bottles only), which adds to the appeal of a good burger joint.
My family and I love the food. I have trouble justifying the prices. If the service was better, the prices wouldn’t have been as much of an issue.
Great Burger. Last time I dined at Red Robin…it was less than ordinary. Today, Red Robin changed my mind…the Red’s Tavern Double Burger burger was perfect, delicious and juicy. Great fries too with their Campfire Sauce…kind of a BBQ/Ranch combination. Good service from staff; floor manager stopped two times to see if everything was meeting expectations. whstonemandining.blogspot.com
Wow. Does this place even have a manager? Horrible staff attitude. Our waitress acted like we were a nuisance. Slammed our drinks on the table to the point where one spilled. Manager needs to fired. Not that we ever saw him.
Bad Experience #2. Food has always been good, but service has been terrible our last 2 visits. Today we left after waiting 20 minutes without ever getting our fries or appetizers. No manager in site.
Good burgers, even better fries. I have yet to have a burger I didn’t like there. I love the endless fries, and the seasoning that they put on it. Always a fun atmosphere, and the kids love it there.
Delicious food. As I’ve stated in a review previously, I’m not much of a beef-eater. But the hamburgers here are so good! I always get the banzai burger. It has a teriyaki glaze on it, and is topped with a pineapple. It is incredible. Usually when we go, though, we have the same waiter, and he is a decent waiter, really nice and all, but is always more interested in other tables- especially if they’re buying alcohol. He’ll stand and chat with them forever while we just sit there and wait. Every time. We had a really wonderful waitress once. So I can’t give a bad review based on the inattentive waiter. Cause everything else about Red Robin is excellent.
