Terrible Food, Service, Prices. This place is a complete and total joke. First, I used the restroom and I saw a fly and gnats. That’s never a good sign because they are probably elsewhere like the kitchen. I can’t even begin to express how terrible my burger was. I honestly don’t understand how a place like this stays in business. Are people that distracted by the infrastructure and fancy decorations that they don’t notice the food is terrible? The prices are outrageous for the junk they are serving. You can go to market square and pay for a real burger that is from local grass fed beef at somewhere like stock and barrel. Not going back here again, ever. The only good thing about this place is the marketing department and building/decor.
An overpriced, underwhelming experience. Been a few months since we’ve dined here. We waited 28 minutes for a burger and a chicken sandwich. The prices have gone up, as well. Specialty burgers are $10-11, and the 3 premium burgers are almost $15. The food was warm, not hot, and the amount of fries with the order is laughable. Yes, it’s bottomless fries, but the second order took 10 minutes to come out. The staff appeared to be somewhat indifferent to giving a memorable experience to the patrons. I don’t think we’ll back back for a while. I will be checking the recent reviews before we decide to give it another shot.
