Horrible Service Every Time!!!!. Worst Service EVER!! Last 3 times order took over 30 minutes! (Only ordered 2 slushy’s) Had to repeat order 3 times to the 16 yr old kid working inside. Tonight the kids working there came outside immediately when a car full of highschool kids pulled up. No surprise they got their order in less than 5 minutes…. Had to drive off tonight after 35 minutes and still never got anything! Glad i did not pay at the terminal. (Which never showed my order or the ready to pay screen) BUNCH OF KIDS ACTING COOL TO IMPRESS THEIR FRIENDS, not there to help actual paying customers!! Never going back. More options in Turkey Creek!! SMH!!

Bad service. This is isn’t fast food.took me 20 minutes two get 2 cokes.took 35 minutes to get our shakes last friday night.they only had one car hop for weekend thats crazy.this is poor mgt.
Great place!. I swing thru this sonic almost every day. I usually get a Route 44 drink but on occasion I will get a snack or a BLT. I have never ever been disappointed in the food or drink I receive and the customer service is always really good! This is a very busy location so I’m sure from time to time, it slips up but it’s always been quick and dependable for me.
Sonic SUKS. This place can NEVER get an order correct, even the most basic order. The past two trips for breakfast they have screwed up in the execution, but the receipt was correct. Each time I have ordered a SuperSonic breakfast burrito with no tomato. The first time I got a burrito with no jalapeo peppers WITH tomato and the second time I got no tomato and NO MEAT!!!! Really??? No sausage in the SS Breakfast burrito??? WTF???? I am DONE with this place.
It never tastes as good as expected. I have been very disappointed everytime I’ve eaten at this Sonic. The burgers sound delicious & the pictures on the menu boards are great, but the actual food is always a disapointment. The lettuce & tomatos are wilted & tasteless, the burgers are cold and the fries/tator tots leave a lot to be desired.I do enjoy the cheddar poppers & the Strawberry slush, but if I order anything else I always leave disappointed.
