    Worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been too…. This is my second time ordering a taco salad from this location. They are VERY skimpy on everything especially what makes a salad a salad – lettuce n tomato. The second time I ordered they left off the sour cream. Once I figured this out I talked to the manager and he said I just needed to bring back my receipt for a free salad….how about making it right the first time. I was so disgusted I took it back and got my money back never to return again. I also plan to call corporate to let them know how things are really being handled at the Farragut location.

    Stingy with Cheese!. UPDATE: 1/22/14It’s been a while since I have returned. They are losing revenue! I’ve been choosing to eat elsewhere, and frankly, I have fell in love with Salsaritas. The food tastes better and the portions are way bigger (and a better value in my opinion). This Taco Bell continues to be the most stingy place I have ever seen with the food portions. The General Manager is well aware and personally knows me, yet she hasn’t made changes. —-My family and I eat at this Taco pretty much every week. But that is about to change. I think I am done with them unless they make some changes. I have been noticing a decrease in the amount of cheese that they put on items, such as the Chicken Burrito. And this issue has been happening for months now and I haven’t complained but enough is enough. I addressed my concern to the manager on duty on my last visit and he had excuses as to why they put so little cheese. He said he isn’t allowed to put more on it and the amount of cheese has decreased, but he said he would make sure I received the correct amount. I opened my burritos and guess what, they was barely a sprinkle of shredded cheese in them! Today I called and voiced my concern and spoke with an Assistant Manager. He said he would talk to the other shift managers and make sure they are putting the correct amount, but how do I know anything will change? It may very well end up being the same amount! Also, I specifically asked to speak with the store manager and to have him / her call me back but he wouldn’t honor that request either. Furthermore, he made no offer to replace the items I had purchased. If this Taco Bell wants to keep me as a customer, I need to hear from the Manager or the Store Owner ASAP, otherwise my family of four will not be eating there. Is it really worth it to piss off customers with something that could be fixed so easily? Why do places have to be so stingy? You have to keep your customers happy or you end up losing a lot more revenue! My family will eat out, and we do so almost every day, but I will choose to dine elsewhere.
