As travelers, my stepdad and I passed through Knoxville around dinner time. Being a bit of an internet foodie, I found that this place was close to the highway and people seemed to like it. When we pulled up, the smoker was sitting right in front of the place, which turned out to be a small and cozy storefront. The food was absolutely off the hook good. Top 2 pulled pork I’ve ever had, best bbq sauce I’ve had, and incredible collared greens too. Great small business, would recommend in a heartbeat, was almost sorry there was no wait. On top of everything, the person who I assume was the owner and his staff treated us well and talked to us and were genuinely caring. People of Knoxville, you gotta get to this place for some great bbq!!!!!
