Recently visited this restaurant with my daughter, they weren’t busy so I couldn’t justify having to wait on our food, while I understand certain types of food takes longer to cook. It shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes to get our food..There was one cashier and several people in the back cooking or I should say in the Kitchen..Besides myself and my daughter, there were 3 other people in the dining room.When the food finally came, the baked potato was cold, and I don’t mean warmed, I mean c.o.l.d….I didn’t take it back because I didn’t want to wait another 20 min. getting my food…and it was leftover….If people have to wait for over 20 min. to get their food, it needs to ensured that it will be fresh..Later that evening My daughter and I spent much of our time in the restroom at home..sick with upset stomach’s..Fish, shrimp or chicken shouldn’t be sitting out that long, it should be done fresh or by state of Tenn. Dept. guidelines…To make us that sick, it had to have been left out for hours…
