This is a pretty solid place for Chinese, however, I would never recommend the buffet. The takeout is delicious, the buffet is poor quality. I order the General Tso chicken and it’s always great. The buffet is bad.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Everything actually seems legitimately fresh. The vegetables are crisp and the General Tso’s is super crispy and hot. The outside could use a paint job, but the kitchen and inside are very clean (from what I could see from my car in the drive through). The new ownership has a health score of 100. They even have the little kid doing homework in the corner – so you know it’s authentic. The family that run the restaurant were all very nice and welcoming. As un-fancy Chinese food goes, this place is very good.
Nice Value. Very nice lady behind the counter. And hallelujah, a clean Chinese restaurant! Even the buffet was clean. How refreshing. You won’t leave here thinking you’ve been ripped off, that’s for sure. The portions are huge. We ordered sweet & sour chicken, beef with mixed vegetable & 3 egg rolls. We were given 5 egg rolls & a ton of food. We couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. The food was good. Seemed a little on the bland side to me, but that’s a personal preference. Come hungry, you’ll leave stuffed.
