If you are looking for fresh and tasty middle eastern food, this your place. The owner is very welcoming and makes you comfortable and take care of everything. The food is really fresh and delicious. We had the holy land special dish, which was enough for three. The rice was cooked great, the bread was terrific, the chicken, lamb and everything on the plate was complete perfection. The prices are really good and fair. I really enjoyed the food and the hospitality. They provide a great dining and shopping experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed the food and thought the environment was excellent, but there are definitely organizational problems. If you’re from out of town or a first timer here is what you need to know. 1. You order at the cashier kiosk inside the grocery store.2. After you eat you then go back and pay.3. Placing an order or paying for your meal will take time, especially if they are busy.4. The drinks are done by honor system. Basically you get a drink out of the fridge (in the area you sit to eat, not where you order or pay) then tell them what you had.5. The owner is unbelievably talented as she memorized who had what. As for the food, my girlfriend and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. She had a gyro while I had a chicken Schwarma plate. I rarely make it to Knoxville, but when I do, I will be back. I just hope they are better organized by then.
