Great egg foo young (only the patties, gravy is canned/bland), RUDE and MISTAKES on EVERY ORDER YES EVERY ORDER. Egg Foo Young (shrimp) is GREAT. PROBLEM: they dump the sauce directly on the patties instead of putting in separate container. DELIVERY: Gravy once leaked through a HOLE in the bottom of the Styrofoam container and all in the bag; delivery driver refused to take back and demanded a large tip. PICK UP: Second time: I requested sauce in separate container (checked order when picking up and, once again, sauce had been put directly on patties and leaked in bag). BOTH ORDERS: items were left out of bag that I had paid for (Spring Rolls). DUMPLINGS: If you know pot stickers/dim sum even a little, you will know that these are not fried dumplings; don’t bother ordering as you’ll be disappointed with the deep fried (yes really) bland mushy mess. Lo Mein: I always order from a new place as it’s an easy measuring point: the lo-mein here is a waste of noodles; no flavor, just a bunch of bland, discolored noodles with a sauce that is not typical to lo-mein. The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude, attempted to argue with me when I called about the delivery order (gravy spilled through hole in bottom of container and all over bag, spring rolls not delivered). RUDE. But again, the egg foo young is good (the gravy, not as good as what I’m used to in DC, but it’s tolerable (I think it’s canned and not housemade), But the patties, they’re fantastic.)

Fresh ingrediants and actual pieces of chicken instead of those lame little strips that are standard everywhere else. Cheap and made fast. 5 dolla lunch made me holla!
Food is OK but not at all what we expected. We ordered Almond chicken and egg foo young, neither had any brown gravy. Just not prepared like we are used to. Probably will not return!
Delicious. Mom, Pop and daughter are beautiful inside and out….always greets me and my sister every visit. Always wanting us to try new dishes. DINNERS are always hot and delicious with extras extras extras….not sure why others aren’t experiencing this wonderful atmosphere.
Poor Customer Service. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a restaurant/delivery service came from House of Dragon. I cannot speak for the food because I never got my food. I had placed a delivery order through their number listed & was told would take 45 mins. The next day, after no food or return call, I called the same number & was told by a woman that they closed early & my order was cancelled. The owner, Thomas, then got on the phone & told me they never received my order. He started off the conversation by telling me I was wrong & basically lying to him. He refused to listen to me explain that I had a phone record proving that the order was made to the same phone # I had called him on. I’m amazed that this place is still in business if other people have experienced this lack of customer service or care from the owner.
Love house of dragon. The food is always so good and there is so much to choose from. They will prepare your food just like you ask and even make suggestions to what you are looking for.
Absolutely gross. I ordered the pad thai and was basically served noodles and warm peanut butter. My friends got the orange chicken and sesame chicken, and neither of those were good either. Find somewhere else to eat.
