We started with the fried pickles, which were really good and came with a spicy dipping sauce. We recommend everyone to try them. We both got burgers and fries. Both were massive and good but not as good as Stock and Barrel. The fries were equivalent to S&B. The price was way lower and no wait on a Wednesday night. I would come back and try the Philly or the Chicken & Waffles.

Service was terrible (took our waiter 30 minutes to take our food order, and he had to be called over to do so) and burger was overcooked, was supposed to medium well but definitely well-done.

Bland food and poor service. We were excited to try Not Watson’s, and since Stock and Barrel had a 2-hour wait, we figured tonight was a good time. I wish we’d waited the 2 hours for S & B. The wait for a table wasn’t awful, about 35 minutes. We were seated, and it was a good 10 minutes before our server came over. We ordered cocktails and a couple of waters. The cocktails came about 10 minutes later, but it was another 15 before we saw waters and that was after we reminded our server. We ordered burgers–the Parisian and the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, both of which came with fries. The wait for food wasn’t bad, and we asked for additional mayo when the manager brought it over. No mayo came until we flagged her down several minutes later to ask about it. The food was bland at best. The burgers could have used some salt and pepper, and my dining partner said even the bacon needed something to add flavor. The fries seemed old, like they’d been in the oil far too long, and were soggy, but also burnt-ish.The service we had tonight was subpar. She couldn’t have been more inattentive and bored, and while all of her tables appeared to be in front, she remained in the back in the kitchen for long swaths of time rather than checking on her tables. Our water was never, not even once, refilled, nor were we asked if we might like additional drinks. As I mentioned, the manager was even tardy and negligent. After paying, we left without anyone acknowledging us to say thank you or even looking up from the hostess stand; there were at least 2 people there–a hostess and the manager. We won’t be back. The food simply isn’t up to the standards set by other eateries in the area, and the service isn’t up to anyone’s standards.

Togo orders beware. Gave me the wrong to go order twice in a row. The second time i gave up and ate my incorrect burger. Quick to prepare food, but of less than par quality, unbelievably slow staff. Do not recommend in the slightest.

The new pearl of market square. I’ve heard so many great things about this place and I decided to go and try it out myself with a couple of friends. We walked in and immediately were greeted by the hostes, she was very friendly and accomodating. She took us to our table and the server was really friendly and knew her menu very well and the drinks also, one of the thing that I found very unique and cool was the tables, they are all numbered so they will be no confusion on what table to take food!!! We tried some of their specialty drinks and they were tasty, the waitress took our orders promptly and kept being friendly to us even thou we were a hand full, I oredered the Ribeye and was not disappointed at all, it was cooked just like I asked and it was delicious, my friends tried some of their burgers and loved them also, I have to say that they put a lot into this restaurant and it seems like it’s paying off!! I wish them well and I will be returning with more people to Not Watsons!! If you haven’t tried it you don’t know what you’re missing!!!!

Great place. Went with my family the other day and it was great! Started off with a friendly welcoming from the hostess to a wonderful service from our waiter. The food was spectacular, the kids really enjoyed their chicken and waffles. The atmosphere was great and welcoming. And the hostess was very friendly when arriving and leaving. Can’t wait to go back again!
