Highly recommend OliBea! The food is amazing and is some of the best biscuits, fried chicken, pancakes, breakfast you can have. The owner, Jeffrey DeAlejandro, is funny and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Many of the tasty ingredients come from local farms. Only regret, not going to this restaurant sooner after so many people recommended it to me!

A perfect poached egg, genuine service and a quaint dining area, what’s not to like about OliBea’s? Even the humble potato comes alive here.

OliBea is one of the best breakfast/brunch restaurants in Knoxville. The OliBea plate is my usual. The sage sausage and pork belly are particularly good. This place is consistently good too; I have been there many times without a single bad experience. As good as the food and service is here, the best thing about OliBea is that they listened to the customers and decided to open on Sundays. Their original store hours had them closed on Sundays, but they made the change. I wish more Knoxville establishments would follow suit.

Best breakfast I have ever had!. Delicious, seasonal, chef-inspired dishes, large portions and amazing flavor. I had the acorn squash stuffed with butternut squash, quinoa, Brussels sprouts and topped with a duck egg. Honestly, the most delicious breakfast I have ever had! The lattes are fantastic as well and I love the cozy, friendly atmosphere.

The service was supper slow and I was taking back when they didn’t have cream cheese for their bagels…. I don’t see all the hype.

I’m always excited for new restaurants especially breakfast ones. You order at the counter then pick a seat. The staff is super super nice and helpful. I didn’t feel out of place or rushed or awkward at all. The food is super good. My friend and I both got the OliBea Plate. I got the sage sausage which was so good. It took the flavor to a whole new level. We didn’t get any coffee, but they seemed to have a really cool set up going on. I definitely want to go back and try their other menu items. They also have daily specials.12 Jan, 2015Olibea Plate. The sage sausage was to die for. Everything else on he place was super good too.
