Atmosphere was perfect. Visited during the quiet in between times. Had the pork nachos, which were spicy good but not overwhelming. My drink was the White Courtesy Phone. Felt like an indulgent dessert. Sipped off it for awhile but it was worth it. Great place to hang with friends.
Thursday Is The New Friday!. Sapphire has always been one of my favorite downtown spots, and now there is one more reason to make it so – THURSDAY NIGHTS. Currently, Sapphire is offering their signature cheeseburger for $5 on Thursday nights and coupling that with $1.50 domestics; its like a dream come true! The past few Thursdays the burgers have been spot on, beer cold, cocktails delicious, and a fun crowd. Kick the weekend off early and start at Sapphire on Thursdays! P.S. If you are lucky, Amie or Cortney will be behind the bar working and they make bar service an enjoyable and memorable experience. Tell them the liquors you enjoy and they can suggest or create a cocktail that you will love.04 Aug, 2012Must Go To On Wednesdays. Wednesday is $5 signature martini night, the Lemon Ice is my absolute fave, but there are several options to please everyone. Service is great and very knowledgeable about drink ingredients and making suggestions.
One of the best restaurants downtown!. When we are going out to eat, my boyfriend and I always like to head downtown where there are tons of restaurants in walking distance. Sapphire, on Gay Street, is our favorite!! The servers and bartenders know us by name and are always friendly and helpful, (Ask for AMIE!!). And the food is AMAZING!!! Great appetizers, (Our favorite is the Pork Nachos) and they have the best Cheeseburger downtown. The drinks are always great, (We love the Moscow Mule…. yum!!) and there is always some sort of drink special going on. Sunday brunch has become our little tradition and Sapphire serves brunch until late afternoon, which is good because thats about what time we get up on Sundays! I highly reccomend Sapphire to anyone who is looking for a great meal to go with a great drink downtown. LOVE YOU AMIE!!!!
Great burger. Loved the sapphire burger, great beer selection. Our dessert (coffee brownie with some amazing frosting) was very rich and dense and could have used a larger portion of gellato to balance it out.

Smelly and overpriced.. I have no idea how they are still operating….service was crap and when I got home my clothes smelled like grease….this place is overpriced…have you seen the price of a beer? ……and nothing special……I don’t understand why ppl go here……it is nasty and it took me 30 minutes to get a water…….Please close. thanks.
Love Love this place. A must go to on Gay st. Very classy, Service is always excellent everytime I go here. Camilla is an excellent person and enjoyment to have serve us…
