Had the sweet potato, black bean, and collard green vegan burrito bowl. Delicious! Price was decent ($5 for a half size, which was plenty for lunch), on par with other food trucks.
Okay, kinda pricey. I saw the Savory and Sweet Truck today at the Wednesday Market Sq. Farmers’ Market. I was going to go to a brick-and-mortar restaurant, but I decided to try the food truck instead. The owner explained to me and another customer that a half sandwich was $5 and a full was $9. I opted for the full size and I’m glad I did. Half a sandwich would not have been enough to eat. The pork was juicy and spicy. As with the other reviewer, I found the slaw to be bland. The food was not bad, but for $9, I thought it was overpriced. I would not order again.
Was super excited to see that the food truck was going to be at the Dogwood Arts festival this weekend. Stopped by last night for a spicy java taco. Loved the hand made corn tortilla, but the pork meat was really spicy and the slaw on top didn’t have a lot of flavor. so overall the taco was just ok. I’m glad I tried it but dont think I will order another one.
