Been here quite a few times with friends. Always good service, food is priced good and tastes great! Has a Greek flare as well. Gyros are spot on. Definitely recommend for a nice causal dinner and some good drinks.
Another Arrogant Bar. Another bar that had gotten too big for their britches already. HORRIBLE ! Waited 20+minutes before anybody said a word to us. I will never go back. They acted like I owed them something for coming in the door.
Pleasantly Surprised!. I was slightly skeptical about skybox because I saw some negative reviews– all of which were pretty outdated. So one night while walking on Gay Street with some friends, we decided to give it a try! It was a couple Fridays ago, and skybox had some pretty awesome live music. I think he was called Bender? A cool guy playing acoustic with an awesome voice and personality. The servers/hostess was very inviting and genuinely nice, that alone encouraged us to come in. Our server was enthusiastic and very attentive. My friends and I LOVED their old smoky moonshine drinks, I had the Shine-N-seven, and my friend had the Sex on the Moon. I will definitely go back to try more moonshine. I only wish there could have been a bit more busy, people really need to give it a try! It is the coolest place, not too large, but a fun atmosphere. There is also a basement whiskey bar! I had no idea! Our server gave us a sneak peak even though it wasn’t open to the public! I can’t wait till it is open all the time. Definitely ask your server to show you the secret bar!
