Drivers wont deliver even though owner said they would. Moved to the Broadway area around February and after I got settled in called super Mario that night. The owner said they usually dont go as far as the duck pond but anytime I wanted to order he would make sure to get it to me. I tried to call tonight 3/6/15 and make an order and the only person who answers says he is a driver and they will not bring an order to me. This is ridiculous. Of course the owner wasn’t there to talk to… I guess someone else can make money off of me. I dont understand the miscommunication at the restaurant between the owner and employees..
Exceptional food!. Very prompt and very very good quality food. The owners and staff are very courteous and friendly. Well worth the price as the quality of the food is exceptional!
INCOMPETANT.. Food was 30 minutes late and they didn’t even get the food order right. I ordered their tortellini which they say comes in an alfredo sauce. Well, whatever they sent me was definitely NOT tortellini and it was definitely NOT alfredo sauce. Honestly it kind of looks like some sort of deformed pasta burrito drowning in marinara sauce. They sent the wrong salad dressing and my armadillo eggs were cold. Moral of the story: ONLY ORDER FROM SUPER MARIOS IF YOU ENJOY BEING DISAPPOINTED.
Normally I like them…. So, I order out from Super Mario’s all the time and usually it’s ok. The meat could be better but I’m just grateful to have this option instead of cooking when I’m exhausted. But this time, when I opened my tiramisu container, I noticed at least one moldy spot on the top of the cake. Very disappointed.
Pretty consistent, good food. Really enjoy the seafood pizza and calzone. Out of the handful of times we’ve ordered the pizza, only once did it come to us a bit overcooked. Definitely on our frequent order list.
Not good. We ordered a pizza on game day and the restaurant was understandably busy. We were informed it would take an hour for the pizza to arrive. When it arrived it was completely under cooked. The pizza was doughy and chewy. We won’t be ordering from there again.
Haven’t tried the pizza but the burgers and sandwiches suck so bad. Not worth it McDonald’s is better and cheaper
