NEVER have I felt my privacy & rights as a paying customer have ever been so violated. I experienced horrible service & treatment last night. The waitress hovered over my shoulder to monitor my tipping & was confrontational about my decision not to tip. I have been a loyal customer to Urban bar for 3 years now, but will never be returning again.
Best Nachos late at night, such a treat to relax with friends on their patio, the food is fresh and the service friendly….great atmosphere in the heart of the old city…seriously the veggie nachos are delectable with ooey cheesy goodness!
