I’ve been going here for 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. The hot chicken is fantastic and one of the best mash potatoes and gravy I’ve ever had. Service is always quick and friendly. Food is always hot and fresh and very very delicious. The price is more fair for the quality of the food and the genuine southern experience. My only qualm with the place is their hours. Not a big deal. I’d eat here everyday if I have the opportunity.

Great Meat & Three! Tons of side dish options.. This is a great local Meat & Three in the Franklin area. I actually like it better than Bishop’s in Cool Springs. The portions are hefty, and it tastes like home cooking. They have more side dish options than most similar restaurants. When I went in today, I had to choose from almost a dozen! I chose the meatloaf, mac ‘n’ cheese, and apple cobbler dessert. All were tasty. Fiance chose fried chicken (he loves their chicken), corn, and mashed potatoes. They give you a roll too. With drinks, our total came to about $22. Not bad at all! The place was packed, but we found a table.I’d definitely come back, though that heavy lunch put me in a big of a food coma afterwards! adventuresinaubreyland.com
Perfect plan. It’s just too easy to pop-in to Cool Cafe. Best Fried Chicken on this side of town!!! The large selection of Veggies can fill the multiple needs of feeding children. The Cream Corn is my favorite. And, don’t miss the Potato Salad and Deviled Eggs in with the Salads selections. We also pick our selections from the on-line menu, for take-out. Thanks guys for being our second kitchen!!!
Bad business. It’s pretty bad that a restaurant is closed on Saturday. The quality of a business isn’t measured solely on the product (food) they provide. It’s also measured by the service provided and the ease of which a customer can do business. Being closed on Saturday fails both of those tests. It’s hard to recommend anyplace that’s closed on a Saturday.
Wow! This is real food! Really awesome food. We were visiting from out of town and ate here for lunch yesterday and today. We will certainly be back. Excellent!!
