Well…Friday at 5:30…. Not really that busy, but took us going to get the hostess to get a drink order place after 15 minutes. Hopefully the rest of the meal will be better.
Fish & Chips is awesome! Love the homemade onion rings.
Good beer / wings. First time to go last weekend and I thought it was great. Sat at the bar and had a beer while we waited maybe 10 minutes to sit. It was probably 6-7pm on a Saturday.I spoke with a guy at the bar and suggested to try the wings, which I did. They weren’t breaded, probably fried then finished in the oven. They were spicy and sweet, getting more spicy the more you ate. I’d recommend them. The pizza we had, I thought it was good. It had chicken, purple onions, and spinach I think. Overall I enjoyed myself, the local beer was awesome, especially the Black SenSaison. There was live music, a woman and an acoustic guitar so it wasn’t really loud. There is a beer reward program as well.
GREAT pizza. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend. Kid friendly place to have a beer with your pizza.

Great beer, great pizza, great music, great staff…loved it all around!
Worst restaurant pizza I’ve ever tasted. Lets start with the positive. Our waitress was quick and knowledgeable about the beer selection. Food arrived promptly. The craft beers are decent. Plenty of high def TVs so you can enjoy sports as you eat. Thats about it.Cool Springs Brewery has the absolute worst pizza Ive ever eaten in a restaurant. It tasted exactly like a Totinos frozen pizza you can pick up in the frozen food section at Kroger or Wal-mart. In fact, those were the first words out of my mouth after I had a bite, Is this Totinos The smallest pie was $15, which is ridiculous expensive given the heavily pre-processed taste and quality of the ingredients. This is certainly not New York pizza. Think high school cafeteria food (the bad kind)…… Ive had far better pizza for half the price. The restaurant has live music on the weekends, which is OK. But the place is too small for that sort of thing and the music got loud at times. I didnt care to hear a bluesy jazz version of Purple Rain drag on for 15 minutes either. Although our waitress was efficient, too many idle servers (10 or so) loitered near the front of the restaurant. I guess they had nothing much to do. Although all the other restaurants in the area were packed with numerous customers waiting outside, Cool Springs Brewery was only 40% full. It was the only restaurant in that area without a wait. The combination of bland live music with low quality and overprice food drives customers out and keeps competitors full. Instead of eating here, head to Kroger and pick up a frozen pizza, grab a six pack of Fat Tire, and then go home to watch the game. There, youve just created the Cool Springs Brewery experience.
