The service at Jonathan’s is inferior to most…after checking in with hostess, she told me I could just walk back to patio and I would be served-hostess did a great job BUT the waitress for Thursday night, April 14 at 8:15/8:20pm for the patio did not…I sat down and she walked back only twice in 25 minutes and not one time asked if I needed a menu or have I been waited in-common courtesy was for gotten–I stay here every two months right behind this restaurant and will never grace these doors again and I reminded the bartender & brought to her attention…
I have enjoyed pretty much everything I have eaten there. My problem is that they are overpriced for what you get. 17 dollars for a salad and water and tip is too much for lunch. Speaking specifically about the food and not the value, the pizzas are good along with the burgers and salads.
Hostess service unacceptable. As a traveler for work, I ventured into this establishment to have a quick dinner. I was dining by myself and the hostess tried to seat me at a table in the bar area. When I asked to be seated at a booth, I was told the booths are only for parties of 4. Needless to say, I left and found a great dinner elsewhere. The hostess staff at Jonathan’s missed out on a great tip. I will NEVER be back!
