It’s just always really good and filling. We normally order for a lot of people. Never been in to eat there though. Quick pickup, accurate order, fair price, great food.
Too bad I have to give you one stinkin star! Nothing was right. Multiple requests for sweetener, ketchup, etc. were ignored. Took twenty minutes to get tea, and that was wrong! Took another twenty to get it replaced. Asked for malt vinegar three times for the fish. By the time it came out, my dinner was stone cold. The waiter had a very, very bad attitude. Snarky and forced friendliness. Should have left before it got worse but it did…manager was worthless. Never eating here or any of your franchises again. By the way, Nashville, Tennessee, we were in town for cancer treatments at Tennessee Oncology. Feel better now? Classy.
Old Frozen Imitation Chicago Pizza. I will preface that I am in fact a pizza snob. No matter what city or country I am in I will make it a point to find the locale’s most touted pizzeria. As pizza snobs, we all possess our preference style and geography for our pie passion. If you don’t like Chicago style pizza-you don’t have to stop here as I have dispelled the rumor that Old Chicago offers Chicago style pizzas. They dont. Like many Chicago style pizzerias around the country-Old Chicagos chain of cozy sports bar atmospheric restaurants deceive you into thinking that Pizza Hut quality toppings and a normalized layer of cheese on a thickened crust is Chicago Style confusing thickness for the defining characteristic of a Chi-Town specialty. The cheese was merely a topping taking up a mere centimeter on top of the pizza vs. making up the soul of the pie-underneath the sauce. For a moment I had a vision-me in fifth grade gaining my reward for having read 10 books in elementary school and getting my very own Personal Pan Pizza from Pizza Hut. But actually, those were better as they were at least served hot. My pizza was cold, tasteless and an insult to an entire culinary language. Maybe change the name to Old Chicago-Hey were trying
Lunch deals are good! Pizza is a bit salty for my taste. Service was attentive, though they (manager and server) initially forgot about us after the hostess seated us. The manager apologized and service was good afterwards. We will probably return.
