Opiate for the masses…. I will never understand how and why this place even Exists!!! I have been brought here on a number of unfortunate occasions while accommodating others (which should have been my FIRST clue) Drinks are weak and lack imagination, food tasted as if it came right out of a box in the freezer section at your local supermarket (oh wait, you can get it there)…..So, why am I paying for this mess??? After going to the locations in Franklin, and West End, I still have yet to fully understand the overly inflated attitudes of some of the staff, THAT ARE NOT EVEN MANAGEMENT!!! Go to the Kroger Freezer section and the liquor store, save yourself money, time, gas, and unnecessary attitude!!
I can buy your food at the grocery store and heat it up in the oven! Overpriced Chinese food
This is a chain. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. There is nothing exceptional about PF Chang’s except for the interior and the consistency. However, it is Franklin’s best answer to Chinese food. China, please send a savvy hard working family, who can seriously cook, with lots of backing to Franklin! We need you!!
Unfortunately the food quality has taken a nose dive over the past few years. It use to be our favorite date night restaurant, but with several bad experiences, we no longer visit this location.
For a chain restaurant it was pretty nice. Great waitstaff.
Just Meh. I wanted to come for awhile and I finally got the oppurtunity during a farewell celebration. I ordered the Fried Calamari and it was bland and over salted. I then ordered the Pan Seared Tuna and the quality was below average. They use a mustard dressing instead of a Ponzu sauce and it was just ok. I also ordered some side dishes, such as their Asparagus (not good at all. soaked in an overpower salty sauce), the stir fried spinach (this was probably the best out of everything) and their green beans.I was disappointed by the salt content in everything and the food was mostly bland and below quality. Oddly enough Pei Wei is better.
Always a good meal. We have never had a bad experience here. Food is always good, atmosphere is great and service is good.
