I do not typically review places, but I had to review Pasta and Cream. I had never heard of nor seen this place before and boy have I been missing out. The inside has a simple, elegant, and lively design. It was very welcoming. I was greeted with a smile at the counter. The man who took and made my o@rder was incredibly friendly. I ordered the chicken carbonara, this is a dish I frequently make at home and everyone loves it. I am very picky about how carbonara should taste and this carbonara definitely hit the mark! Perfectly aldent pasta, wonderful flavors, topped with a generous portion of very well seasoned chicken breast. I also got the cheese bread which was beyond phenomenal. The only disappointing part of my experience here was that I hadn’t come here before this. I highly recommend this place.
I’ve lived in Franklin for three years now and no one has ever told me about this place. Easily Franklin’s best kept secret. My (Italian) wife and I came here because they offer gluten free pasta. She said it was some of the best pasta she has ever had. I had the Cajun and she enjoyed the Ivan Ala Vodka. The first bite was an experience in itself. The rich robust flavor assaulted my tastebuds. The chicken and shrimp were perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

Affordable and good for Cool Springs/Franklin-not-downtown area. This tiny little place is a gem for affordable prices and great service. We ordered to-go, knowing the dine-in space is limited. We were told 20-25 minutes to prep the order, and the meal was ready when we arrived. Dan got penne carbonara with chicken and a Caesar salad. I got fettuccine with tomato sauce and meatballs. We also got garlic bread.The meatballs were my favorite part of the dish. Really juicy and good! I can’t say that I could tell the pasta was house made by its looks, but it tasted pretty good. (I recently ate at upscale Moto in Nashville and the pasta was fresher.) For a local small biz, I was pleased. The garlic bread could be a bit less salty, but it complemented the meal.I don’t know that we will be regulars, but now I know where I can get a pasta fix when I need it. Impressed!!. Amazing food! The owner is very friendly, and recommended a dish to me. I can honestly say I have tried a lot of Italian food, and this is BY FAR THE BEST I’VE HAD! I tried the blackened chicken scampi, and the flavors were absolutely wonderful. I wish I lived closer to Franklin, although whenever I’m in the neighborhood, the highlight will be stopping by Pasta and Cream. I definitely recommend this place! Very impressed indeed!
