Very disappointed. Overpriced and overrated in all facets. The reviewer that said best burger in Franklin is either an idiot or a bot. $9 for 3.75 oz house red wine. Been several times now and not going back. Underwhelming at best every time.So why the 1 star? Here’s a recap of our latest adventure if you care to read. We’re a party of 5, 2 adults, 7 year old, 4 year old & 1 year old. It’s Jan 1st, I get it, so I called and asked if they were open, wait time, etc. was told ‘no problem, no wait.’ We get there 20 minutes later (mind you it’s 5:30 pm when we get there) and we’re asked if we have a reservation. I said no, I just called and was told it wasn’t an issue. So we were sat begrudgingly by snobby hostess, not a big deal. Waiter comes and says kitchen is backed up due to ‘to-go orders’ and for us to be patient. No worries, I get it. We ordered pretty quickly due to the heads up from the waiter and 1.5 hours later, we had been served 1 kids meal. We got the rest of our food ‘to go’ like everyone else and we’re out the door. Manager comped our meal, which is fine, but walked by several times and never said a word. Left the dirty work for his poor waiter. Very, very bad leadership. Ryan, if you read this, I wouldn’t hire you to manage a Waffle House. If you’ve gotten to this point in my review you can tell I’m mad as hell, so doesn’t matter much to keep pilin’ it on. Just know, we will never, ever go back, not will I suggest it to anyone I come across.
