Horrible. When you go t…. Horrible. When you go to a place like Steak ‘n Shake, you expect quick service and average food. We had neither. The service was REALLY slow (30 minutes) at an off peak time. No fun — especially since we has young kids waiting. Food was bland. Better off at Waffle House if you want this type of food.
This location is dirty and cold. So cold we couldn’t stay long enough to order. Went to the drive through. The girl working sounded bored and was not interested in taking our order at all. Never mind, we’re going to Culver’s!
Slow service , almost snail like. Never seems to be as clean as it should be.
This location not so good. Ate Steak ‘n Shake in Flordia, and it was delicious. Sorry to say, this location is nothing to brag about. Cold fries, staff not that attentive, try another location.
Best steak n shake I’ve been to. Ask for Terry because he’s good but everyone working here was happy. That says a lot about the management and the people they hire!
Steak n Shake is disgusting. I ordered a Single Steakburger, all the way. Two bites later I got a rather sickening surprise when my teeth met with something very hard and my tongue registered a rough cardboard-like feeling. After the initial embarrassment of literally spitting my food back into my plate, I poked around with a fork until I found the culprit. Now, I will never know for sure what exactly I almost ate but, it looked suspiciously like a French fry that had been dropped in the back floor of a car about three months ago…complete with dirt stains and other unknown fibers from having rolled around in dirty carpet. I will not make the mistake of eating at this or any other Steak n Shake again.
Fast service & YUMMY shakes!!. Usually pretty busy, but always fast service & the best milk shakes in town. You’ll want to order a double, the burger patties are very thin.
