So much more than a place that has the two of the three words in their name!. Great sports bar, plenty of TV’s, great… decent size… wings with a lot of good flavors. Other food is good as well! Staff is friendly and attentive!
Food is always good!
My fun day at Wild Wings. My first time to go to Wild Wings. Had a great time, the food was very good. The staff made my first time to Wild Wings OUTSTANDING. Will go back again.
DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT SERVICE!. Absolutely the worst customer service around! I waited over 10 minutes at a small table in the bar and was never served or spoken to. A server came to the two tables to the right of me but never spoke to me. When I have been there and actually received service it has been extremely slow! There area lot of bars and restaraunts in the Cool Springs area, don’t waste your time here!
From the rude hostess to the incompetent waitress and salt crazed chef this dining experience was awful. Had the boneless wings but could barely eat them. When asked if we wanted to go box we declined and said food was too salty. The waitress could barely stop to hear our reply. Place was too noisy and it wasn’t due to customers. Music was loud and could barely hear those at our table. This is our second attempt to like this place – won’t be returning.
Bad Food Worse service. This place is going downhill fast. We went a few months ago and it was very good. We went today and it was totally opposite. They appeared to be very short staffed as when we walked in there were a bunch of empty tables and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated.We started with the Hot Shots appetizer the cheese and sausage was ok on the inside but they were cooked too long and had a burnt taste. I had the Buffarella which the menu said was the best seller though the flavor was good the chicken tenders were supposed to be crisp but they were mushy. My wife had the sloppy joe it was nothing special, i made better at home. Both our fries were barely warm. Service was average at best. He barely came to our table at all to check on us. We should have sent the food back but we just wanted to get out of there. The only good thing was the Bud Light 2.75 draft. Not going
Like the building and atmosphere. My kids like the place so we have been 4 times. 1 time we had a good server. 3 times were amazingly bad. 15 minutes to get drinks. Etc etc. Our server was nice but, well, stupid. Manager too busy watching tv to talk about miniature shrimp. So, go but be warned.
