I know I have great taste for food and atmosphere for my family and my tastebuds so Im curious on the taste of those that gave it a 4 or above. Must never left Gallatin or something. The past negative reviews are still within alignment with what I am about to say. First the atmosphere is still somewhat run down. The chef really didnt have any cool tricks. The spicy rice wasnt spicy at all. They were playing hip hop music. I actually listen to hip hop in the gym but I dont want that in an Asian restaurant. Nothing about the place said Japanese accept for the chef. As far as the title they should take off the sushi because there really wasnt much variety. Not much decor. The staff was nice to us and the food was okay. I had chicken and steak combo and my wife had shrimp. Yes there was a noodle in my soup. I have been to numerous hibachi across the country from Texas all the way to Pennsylvania and outside of the country and I have never had a noodles in my soup. By no means am I saying this place is horrible but it is definitely not a 4. Go if hungry and need a decent place to eat it but dont expect much like if you have been to other hibachis. My steak and chicken were decent. Like I said it was horrible and it definitely beats going to any fast food. Its okay for a family night but again dont be looking for things you usually see on a hibachi
