Best customer service in G-burg. If we were going on vacation for the food we would have gone to Asheville rather than Gatlinburg. But as marginal as most food is in Gatlinburg, desserts are the one thing that gets done right! So we felt no shame about carrying a Kilwin’s bag with fudge and pralines into Ben & Jerry’s for ice cream. The staff was great and got orders out quickly with a smile and a laugh.
