Drove 4+ hours to spend the weekend with family and friends. We arrived at the Cabin at Dark and we decided to order out and have it delivered to us. We called at 9pm and called back at 10:00pm and the Manager informed us that the delivery person would be here in 10 minutes and if he wasn’t then to call her back. Called her back and she informed us that he had tire trouble and he had to change his tire. Waited about another 30 minutes and was informed that the manager had done left, but was able to speak to another manager and her name was Pam, she was very helpful. She even reached out to the owner. We did receive a call from the owner and he did reach back out to the store for them to deliver us fresh food, but we had to return the food that was remaining that we had done received. Once the Deliver guy got here we asked him if he had car trouble and he stated that he didn’t.Very upset with the service that we had and that our food was hard and soggy when it arrived. The order was about a $70 dollar order!!!!!!!!! I work in customer service and thiswas horrible customer service. Didn’t receive any kind of discounts off the orderafter paying over the phone and providing a tip…The owner Joe wasn’t very friendly regarding the issue.

We had the fat ugly short guy to take over 40 min. to send the order back and after food was finished he waited to bring it to us….when we started saying something , he goes and gets it…..they suck !!!!
Pizza has no sauce wings have literally no sauce. Tastes like plain chicken and cheese and bread. Their website says it’s down for non payment and their food is horrid. Would rather have hunted a bear and ate it.

Tell the truth. They quote the bible in their menus but, somewhere in the bible it talks about not lying. if they cannot deliver say so. 2 1/2 hours for final dilivery after 3 call backs to them and it was on its way each time. to a vacationing family sitting in a motel room, this is not acceptable.
Having this pizza delivered is nice but to have a very rude driver that is not a very pleasant experience.. Half the time my pizza is burnt and the taste is disgustful. I am not please. I guess for a cheap pizza you get cheap service. Heads up get the owners niece as you pizza delivery person you will pay for it she is very rude and not trained properly for customer service.
This place was excellent! Couldn’t be happier. We showed up with a group of 40 people and were taken care of very quickly and with great quality! Next time I’m here in Gatlinburg, I for sure will be going back! Everything from the pizza to the wings were out of this world delicious.
