I’ve been to this location a couple of times. This trip the food was the best I’ve seen it. My stuffed shrimp were delicious. The jambalaya was good but the spice over powered the other flavors. The po’boy was fantastic. Be prepared to wait if you drink too much soda. There are only two women’s stalls.
I was so excited to eat at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. My expectations were very high and I expected to be blown away. I ordered the fried shrimp and they were average. The service was great and I did love the way the restaurant looked.
Was skeptical, but had a great time.. Went in after reading all the reviews and expected the worse. Was pleasantly surprised with a decent meal and some humerous gump jokes. The gump bucket/skillet meal was filling and the price was decent. It was a little higher than some places, but the food was good. Overall I really enjoyed it. My wife got the crab leg shrimp fish combo and enjoyed it. If you like Joe’s Crab Shack or captain d’s type places, you’ll like this. Ryan (bigfooty)
Love this place! The atmosphere is awesome! We had the hush puppies for an appetizer, and they were amazing! The trivia was really fun too! Will be back!

Tread Carefully…. I’ve been to many Bubba Gumps, including Gatlinburg, and have loved my experiences. Until lately. So, I’m not sure if this is limited to the Gatlinburg location or if the company in general is slipping, but I’ve noticed that the food is not the same, good quality seafood that it used to be. Example: the shrimp–these used to be of decent size and discernible flavor, no matter what shrimp dish or app you ordered. However, I’ve noticed the last two times I’ve been that their shrimp–in whatever dish or app–seems to now be of the Red Lobster/frozen freezer case variety. Small and generally tasteless. I’ve also noticed portions decreasing–which is not all bad for our waistlines, but, when you charge what Bubba Gump’s charges, the portions and quality need to be decent. The management has a chance to turn this around. Please don’t miss the boat!
