My wife and I went here on or vacation to eat, and really enjoyed it. We saw it was pet friendly online, so we brought are dog along with us. They sat us out on the covered patio. Although we were out there by our self we got excellent service, and our server even brought our dog a t-bone scrap from earlier that kept him plenty occupied while we ate. I ordered then tbone since my dog seemed to love his piece so much and the server recommend it (they were cut fresh a few hours ago) and my wife had the grilled (blacked seasoned) Tennessee trout, which our server said was pulled in earlier that day. Our food came out quick, and my steak was cooked perfect to temperature. My steak was a little bland on the seasoning department, but had a extremely good smoke/hickory flavor. It is clear it was cooked over charcoal or wood. Which I love. I paired it with asparagus and a loaded baked potato, I paid 1.00 extra for parmesan. Which in my head seamed well over priced, but hey I’m on vacation, but it was actually well worth it! It was really good, perfectly cooked. My wife loved her fish. Said it was a little on the spicy side but she liked it. Even thou we were outside we could over hear live music right inside, that sounded really good. Overall a very good meal, excellent service, and a nice laid back atmosphere.

Ribs. It was outstanding17 May, 2015I give this restaurant a 5. My husband and I went there on May 16 2015 and we really liked the food. We had an excellent waitress her name was Carolyn. The food was outstanding. We would go there again. You can’t always go by what other people say.

Wonderful experience on pet friendly patio. We felt so welcomed, the hostess brought our pup a bowl of ice water, played with her fetching a toy, and even offered a bone. Our Abigail was treaty as royally as we were ! The food is excellent, and a wide variety, I had the delicious Tennessee Trout ! This restaurant is by a crystal clear mountain stream, and very cozy and live music ! We couldn’t have hoped for a better dining experience while visiting Gatlinburg, TN, will be back tomorrow night !

Mississippi. Restaurant has interesting, unusual atmosphere that , although dated, was cool. Songwriters entertainment was very good. The weak point is the food, don’t waste your money. Grab a cocktail, listen to the music and eat somewhere else.

L.A.M.E. food is not good. Place was probably pretty neat 20years ago, but food prices were VERY high for subpar quality food. I’d pass on this place if I were you.

Horrible!!. This restaurant was once really good when it was Bear Creek Grill. I went in thinking the food would be of the same quality , especially since they have the same menu. The Garlic Rolls that were once awesome and homemade are now stale, leftover, dinner rolls with grease and garlic poured over them. The pasta sauces taste like they came out of a jar, and the steaks were of poor quality. They could barely be cut with the steak knife! It’s a real shame because the place is in a great location if you are staying in the cabins near by, and right on the creek…what a waste ..

If you want to travel back in time to a lounge bar from 1969 be my guest. Atmosphere started ok but the entertainment was outdated and floorplan was hard to navigate (couldn’t find the restroom) bartenders didnt know how to make an old fashioned (ftw) owners argued with us about quality of the trout ( I don’t care how many people order it in the past this is my taste) waaaaaaaay overpriced and sad. Close down and let someone else do something worth doing ps blue cheese dressing is no made in house if it’s Kraft Roma blue cheese in the bottle
