Creepy Fat Hispanic With Tattoos. We stopped by Friday Night. My wife needed to use their restroom. They pointed off in the distance and told us there was a hotel or something. We ignored the lies and continued to order. Big mistake. I could smell the alcohol on the fat hispanic hipster’s breath. I continued to order. He became rude. We walked out after being ignored by a boy on his phone. We went to the Smoky Mountain Brewery instead. I can’t tell you about their pizza because I was afraid to eat anything made by a drunken idiot.
Bad Attitude, Drug Addicted, Children. I went in to order and wasn’t greeted. I ordered an extra large pepperoni and got a large. It looked like the pepperoni had been picked off and the crust was doughy and thick. I told the boy behind the counter about my concern and he could not pry his eyes from his cell phone. Then some fat guy with tattoos starting griping. It was hard to tell why he was there. It was just a weird experience.
Ordered online, and after 1.5 hours of waiting, decided to go to the store myself. I live only 4 miles away. After being ignored by the cashier on his cellphone, they informed me that I didn’t receive it bc I was out of their range (4 miles?). I was also told that they’ were separate from the website and be wasn’t aware of my order (wtf). Yet… My pizza sat there on the counter. Cold. I was livid, and asked if I could have my money back. They refused. I asked to speak to a manager. Was denied. They told me they could make me another pizza though. I refused. I tried to support a local business and they failed me. Miserably. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by an establishment.
I ordered Xl pizza which came with black olives they were nice bring another but acted as if it was my fault. They brought the second pizza wrong size and incorrect toppings. We just kept it and ate the 24 dollar price for a large.
We ordered pizza and breadsticks to our room one night while vacationing. The pizza was as good or better than any pizza I have ever eaten. Fast delivery also
We thought Geno’s pizza would be a traditional out of the way family owned pizzeria. We thought wrong. The owner was rude and stingy, charging us $1 for each packet of range. He also charged us for 15 wings when we only received 10 wings. On top of that, we had to wait a reallllllly long time for our food. The pizza was not even that good. There was a lack of sauce and it was dry. The owner was just really rude and not welcoming. Will not go back. Like ever.
TERRIBLE!. MY boyfriend and I are on vacation in Gatlinburg and we were looking for late night eats. We decided on Geno’s… This was such a mistake. We order a 3-topping medium pizza. What we got was a bland and unremarkable pizza.. And over priced at that. The total ended up reaching 20$ for a pizza with slim toppings (a jokeble 6 pepperonis) and hardly any cheese. Stay away!
