Walked in and it said wait to be seated by a hostess. Finallly walked to ask someone where the hostess was, and they said they didn’t think they had anyone, meanwhile other people were seating themselves at dirty tables. Left and will never return. Obviously bad leadership at this location.
Do Not Go There. My husband had good memories of Johnny Rockets but hadn’t been to one in years. We want to the one in Gatlinburg and really wish we hadn’t. He ordered The Original and on the menu we received no mention of maynoaise was listed. It was covered on both sides with an obscene amount of the stuff. I had the Patty Melt and it was all melt and no patty. Both were extremely dried out and in no way reflected the way we ordered it. The kids food was eh, chicken tenders and hot dogs. $40 later, after my husband sent his back and didn’t get a replacement, and serious heartburn to boot. Do Not Eat There. The service was good but the food was not.
Way too expensive. 3 hamburgers and 3 drinks over $40. Could have eaten at TGI Fridays nearby for less and had a hot meal. Music too loud, good waitress but her apron looked like it had not been washed in weeks. People were nice. Will not go back.
Too Expensive for Burgers. We visited Johnny Rockets on 10/3/12 and I just realized after reviewing my bank statement that we paid $50.60 for two adults and one child to eat there. The food was okay, but nothing special. The workers didn’t even dance while we were there. This was only $2.00 less than our meal for 3 adults and one child at Texas Roadhouse where we had a 12 oz. cowboy cut sirloin, steak kabob, and rib dinners that were delicious. There was no comparison in the quality or quantity of the meals except the cost.** Also, the server charged us for someone else’s ticket. Then chased us down and asked us to come back to fix it. They supposedly reversed the charges of the first order and then charged us the second order. HOWEVER, both charges are still on my credit card!
Good burgers and great service+++
Honestly… Just go to mcdonalds down the street for a quarter of the price same food. I got the sweet potato fries and they were so soggy. The service is horrible they have tons of ppl working but they all just stand around…not worth 10.00 burger
I like the concept, classic diner with oldies music. I hate saying anything negative but I am shocked that the owners (who have several great places in town) run this one as they do. We asked for the music to be lowered since the acoustics are terrible only to have it raised up 10 minutes later. We placed our order only to have somethings take forever, and when the sweet potato fries finally make it they were small and cold. Even our waiter was apologetic for the kitchen service. Please fix these issues, like I said the idea is great but still needs work. I will come again since there is always hope.
