Not worth your time!!. My wife and I recently visited this pub because of this site! The total bill was outrageous for the quality and quantity of food we received. The staff was very nice and helpful. That is true! However, the shepards pie was insulting to the Europeans! It was literally ground beef, instant mashed potatoes, and melted cheese. The Reuben sandwich was made with tarter sauce. TARTAR SAUCE!! I can finish with that. In closing, my wife and I spent the last couple years in Europe this was insulting to all European pubs and all American pubs in general!!!
Good food. Food was very good and nice atmosphere. The toadstools were delicious. Everything is made from scratch so it takes a long time for the food to come out. Staff is very friendly. Hubby liked his beers. Kid friendly with a good kids menu
Pub Junkie Heaven!. My husband and I travel.the nation and the world for business; that being said, we know a good pub when we find one. We came to this restaurant on our honeymoon and is a top 5 favorite! AbsolutelyAbsolutely amazing food. Service is awesome. We were served authentic tea from china…not a pot. Bread for our Welsh Rabbit was homemade and fresh. The atmosphere was awesome as well. Definitely going to recommend this place and frequent it in the future.
Very friendly staff. Great beer selection. I also love the humor of the staffs disdain for watered down American light beers. My wife had the fish and chips and she said it was the best fish and chips she’s ever had. I had the shepherd’s pie and it was pretty good, but I would share the fish and chips next time because it was a large portion.
Great atmosphere and food. Traditional publick house. family friendly great food. Try the Poachers Roll absolutely sublime.
Stumbled upon this gem of a watering hole in the middle of nowhere. Thoroughly impressed with the beer selection. Opted for the Sweetwater IPA on tap and was delighted. 29 taps if memory serves and 50+ bottled varieties. Nice selection of craft beer. We did not eat as we had just finished lunch an hour earlier. Will return…
Food was OK. Not a bad beer selection. Prices were reasonable. The waitstaff sucks.
