My home is 1/2 mile from Katie’s & I’m going thru their drive-thru several times each week. their chicken casseroles are delish, green beans are to-die-for, salads are very generous, sandwich spreads—egg salad is my fave, marinated veggie salad is crunchy & yummy, & brownies are hUge/shareable & the frosting is so rich. I often stop by & pick up dishes (entree casserole, salad, Buntyn rolls & dessert) to share with others. Katie’s has made my life a bit less stressful & I find I can help others more. thank you, Katie’s!!!
Good Quick Lunch!. Katie’s forte is centered around prepared casserole dishes, salads, and desserts. While I have yet to partake in that part, they also offer lunch sandwiches that I have zero’d in on. The Tuna Salad sandwich on Wheat is all home made, and consistent in taste, with chips for $5.50! They have a drive up window for service, however in this weather, they have seating for outside dining.
