Asian Ripping Off Asian. On 6-6-2014, we are regular customer and my brother and his family know the owner very well but she does NOT like our family because the culture different, go figure. My daughter and son orders an dinner take out of Pan Fried Beef noodles and BBQ pork. When they got back to the house, we were NOT surprise of the amount and quality of the food. The noodles were as little as you can get for regular order and the BBQ pork, wow; old batch of dry to where you could NOT chew it or taste it. NOT too happy we are treated, etc. Maybe, I don’t kissed up to them because I am American born. Oh, well beware of how they treat certain people, etc.
People are very sweet, but if you are used to eating Chinese food in Florida, Calif, San Francisco etc… You will not like this restaurant. 2nd time I try Peking Duck in Memphis- terrible, duck is chopped up with bones and sitting on juice like if it was boiled, served with buns instead of thin pancakes. Not even close to what I have had before. Not trying Peking Duck in Memphis ever again!!
Love this place! The service is very good (they remember you if you come a few times) and the eggplant with black pepper sauce, jade tofu, fried rice, and rice noodles with beef (dry) are awesome! Get the red menu!
AWFUL!!!! This place brings mystery meat to a new level. We ordered the sesame chicken. It was marbled with chucks of fat and I could not even swallow it. The chicken lo mein was slightly better, but still not good. I will never eat there again. Just wasted time and money.
Quality. My brother and I just ate lunch here. After reading the great reviews, we decided to give it a try. Great decision! Everything from the hot and sour soup to the spring rolls to the pepper beef and beans dish was all outstanding! I tasted quality in every bite. The pepper beef was one of the best Chinese dishes I have ever had anywhere. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the quantity of food on the lunch menu for a SUPER low price! Will be back plenty more times in the future!
