Good food, prompt service. I have eaten here numerous times in the last six months and have always found the service to be good and friendly. The food comes at at a good pace and has always been delicious. This is a Pei Wei style type order restaurant and functions in a very similar style. I personally prefer the dishes here to Pei Wei.
Terrible, unprofessional!!!!!. Rude and unprofessional! Called to place an order, they kept me waiting on the phone for 5 minutes before I hung up. When I called back, they actually had the nerve to tell me to call back in 20 minutes. Food is mediocre, go someplace else where they appreciate your business and don’t treat their customers like dirt.

Hugely Disappointed!!!. Noodles use to be our go to place for Asian food in Germantown. Food has always been really good. However, after last week and then again tonight, we will not be returning. The staff is having major problems getting food out timely manner. It happened to more than one party tonight. It took over 20 minutes to get soup and crab wantons . The main course took about another 30 minutes. The week before they lost our order. Now they did offer us some samples to hold us over, which was nice. I can understand if this a one time issue. But after it happening again in such short time this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Noodles has some work to do to get back to where it use to be.
Love this place. I have always had good food here when I go. The mango chicken is my favorite and the manager is a very nice woman. Quick service too.
Different reviews talk about fresh food but everything we ordered was frozen and dropped on the grill or in the fryer. It was absolutely ineditable. Left about 75% of the food on the table and left to go to Panera next door to at least have a bagel before going back to work.
When you serve food fresh and at the right temperature repeatedly, it’s kinda hard to go wrong. I think they got a simple formula at this place. I regularly visit Noodles and notice the place is always busy. Gotta be doing something right.
