Wonderful Lunch Spot. Paradise Cafe is my current go-to for a quick, relatively healthy lunch. For sandwiches, I love their pimento cheese, lite chicken salad, walnut raisin chicken salad, and chicken florentine. They top their deli-style sandwiches with shredded carrot, cucumbers, tomato, lettuce and sprouts, which I really appreciate the extra veggies! The red skin potato salad is a great side! Their lunch box special is nice on warm days, as it includes a half sandwich, fruit cup, and cup of soft-serve frozen yogurt. As a warning, it is a very small restaurant, so the tables fill up fast and it can get really crowded.
