A true disappointment – never ate here before nor will I again. Staff was polite and accommodating. The food however was non descript at best. No flair was expected considering the concept but at least basic seasonings ie: salt snd pepper were. Sorry to have wasted both the time and money when I could have gotten a better quality meal at mc’Donalds
In a word: GROSS!!!. My catfish fillets were served on a dirty plate. Not a good first impression. Although I was given different fillets on a clean plate, they were not good at all. I like my food hot. They were lukewarm at best. And there was more batter than fish. I also got corn and steamed broccoli. Both were also lukewarm. The broccoli was soggy. And the restaurant itself needs serious renovation. Old carpets, old booths, tables and chairs. Not a welcoming environment at all. I left there determined never to eat at a Piccadilly again.
