We ordered sweet and sour chicken, pork fried rice, general tso’s chicken, vegetable rolls and crab wontons. The crab wontons were overlooked and they smelled of crab meat gone bad, I’ve never smelled such pungent crab wontons! The general tso’s chicken wasn’t edible AND there was a large piece of floppy possible uncooked chicken skin in the container which immediately made the whole family lose their appetite. We didn’t order soup but got soup anyways which was watered down sweet and sour sauce with vegetables in it. $60 absolutely wasted. When I called to ask for a refund they offered me a store credit! I do not exaggerate when I say this is the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had AND we are not normally picky eaters. Finally, the store said they would refund my card IF I brought the food back! I’ve never worked in any restaurant that would accept food back after it’s been given to the customer, that is a health violation! On top of that, I just had a baby so I’m not going to load up my kids and newborn and food to go get a refund. Horrible customer service, horrible food and questionable health policies, lesson learned to stick with what we know is good.
The Best. This place simply has the best Chinese in town. I’ve tried all the major Chinese places…Formosa, Noodles, Panda Garden, Hunan, etc…. and this is hands down the best flavors, quality, and service. Having moved here from Atlanta, I thought good Chinese food didn’t exist in Memphis. This place proved me wrong. We have never had a bad meal here. Try the Empress Chicken – So good!

Now they appear and taste like left overs from the day before. Soggy blistered and just nasty. Sauces that should be tangy or spicy are anything but…it’s bland…really is just BLAH! Whoever there cook is should be fired for his lack cooking skills if which he has none. I could barely down half a serving. The rest got thrown out. Save your money…they are over priced…You’d do better going to Formosa or Noodle Bistro. THE FOOD SUCKED!
