  There are times I just don’t know what I’d do without it…. Fresh Market is not my choice for regular shopping. However, Fresh market always seems to have that one thing I can’t find at whole foods or the nice Krogers. For instance, it’s the only place that I know of that carries liquid crab boil … I just find boiling seafood with anything else just doesn’t cut it. Their produce LOOKS beautiful, but on closer inspection you will find mildewed and molded berries or oranges in the containers or bags and etc.; it takes a bit of time to go through and find a good one. However, they often carry some unusual produce I require in more adventurous recipes that no one else will have.The sushi is meh ok… the salads are a bit expensive for what ya get. The candy jar serve-yourself by the pound section is a great place to take other folks’ kids not too long before ya return them to their unsuspecting parents. The flowers are usually beautiful and I often get them here when gifting. It may not be my first or second choice for my weekly shopping list; however, there are times I just don’t know what I’d do without it.

  They offer gourmet specialty foods that are wonderful for cooking and foodies. I enjoy the coffee choices they offer and fresh bakery items. The produce and meat department are always fresh and offer comparable deals to a regular grocery chain. It is one of their smaller stores so they are limited in space and have in stock issues at times but the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
