Raised in an Italian family, I rate the food served in Italian restaurants based on what I grew up with. The Italian meats and cheeses are really good and like you are served in an Italian deli in Chicago or NY. The bread is sturdy without being hard to chew. Everything I have eaten there is great. They even have a really good muffaletta, which is hard to find.
