I love Firehouse subs, but on this occasion the service was aweful. It took 28 minutes for our food. Team seemed less than motivated and i blame that on the manager. Will return but hopeful a new staff. 5/24 5:15pm

Love the Hook and Ladder: the ham when toasted is just great! Terrific place with kids.
A little pricey but I love it!! Its well worth the money. I have been satisfied everytime.
