beautiful views, nice atmosphere, good food and reasonably priced. stairs going up to the bar are a steep, so if ya can’t climb stairs very well, this is not the place for you.
Being from a state that banned smoking in restaurants this was a big surprise to me. The food was actually pretty good and they have a good view of the river. The staff and service was horrible and the smoke was to much.
