I don’t live in Hixson and am only in town every few weeks. We ate at this Chili’s location last year. My wife and I were seated at a table for six! The service was SO SLOW! I think we were there for 1.5 hours. Well, last week I decided to give it another try. They seated us at the same table and the service was SO SLOW!!!! Again, we were there for well over an hour. They are so understaffed here. They need to hire more waitresses and waiters to accommodate both large parties and small parties. I don’t plan to return.

Worst food ever. I got a hamburger with burnt cheese on it. I really don’t see how they burnt my cheese when my hamburger was nice and juicy. I got the mashed potatoes as a side too, worst mistake in my life. So I tried their fries, they tasted like peanut butter. WORST PLACE EVER.

Great service can make or break a restaurant. Tonight was no exception. Tye was a great server. Very respectful and very interested in serving us. Way to go Chili’s!22 Feb, 2010Saturday night. Chili’s has changed their menu once again. I guess over all it isn’t too bad. I not happy though. Food for this evening was OK. Service was great! It made up for the disappointment in the menu changes. Chili’s needs to rethink this menu however.
