I work close by so I go to this Chili’s pretty often. It is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever encountered. The staff is lackadaisical and could care less about the customers. To go orders typically take 30-45 mins to prepare IF you can get anyone to come to the phone. And they have gotten orders wrong on multiple occasions. Ridiculous! I called earlier today and was put on hold for 12 mins. I eventually hung up and just went up there. I am currently sitting at the bar waiting on my food and am watching all of the servers stand around the bar talking about some girl who got arrested for having drugs in her car. Completely unprofessional. Management seriously needs to step up their game.

The service here tonight is horrible. We placed our order over 30 min ago and still haven’t gotten it. Very unhappy.16 Jul, 2011Our server and food was great as always. The hostess on the other hand was very rude. She acted like it was a huge problem to seat us at a large Booth. My friend is 6ft 9. You don’t put some one that tall in a small Booth that seats two people and expect them to be comfortable.
Good Burgers…. And that is why I ordered one ! I find most of the entrees just average tasting here. However, I really like their burgers. I cannot say too much for the buffalo chicken sandwich as it did not get favorable reviews from my wife. My son got the same burger that I did, minus the jalapenos.

Slow service at lunch. Wife and I had lunch here yesterday, food was good but the service was slow. We visit here often and have always had good service but yesterday the service just wasn’t up to their standard.
Location, location.. Everyone knows what to expect from Chili’s – 2 for 1 drinks and yummy skillet queso with salty chips. Nothing out of the ordinary or spectacular – just good food served at a chain restaurant.The Gunbarrel location happens to be significantly better in terms of service and temperature/quality of food, when compared to the Brainerd location. Additionally, this location always seems to be cleaner.
